We start with onsite walk throughs for all renovation projects to make sure we have a clear view of the big picture. We compare walk through notes with the plans to make sure that you get the best completed project possible. Remember when renovating always expect the unexpected. DZ Construction will communicate clearly through all unexpected items and work together with you, the home owner, to come to an acceptable solution when something comes up.
